    2. Custom Implementation Services

    Due to the custom nature of our business systems implementation, significant time, labor, and resources are invested upfront. Therefore, fees paid for custom setup and implementation are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced. If you choose to cancel before the project begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

    3. Monthly Subscriptions & Support

    For our ongoing monthly platform and access support, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to your systems and data until the end of the billing period.

    4. Client Data Ownership

    Regardless of cancellation or refund status, you retain full ownership of your data within the system. Upon cancellation, we will provide reasonable assistance to ensure you have access to export your data before your account is deactivated.

    5. Exceptional Circumstances

    We evaluate refund requests for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there has been a billing error or a significant failure to deliver agreed-upon services, please contact our support team immediately to discuss a resolution.
